Automating maintenance across 200+ properties
The challenge
A national hotel group with 200+ properties was running maintenance on paper work orders and disconnected vendor portals. Front desks logged tickets in spreadsheets. Maintenance crews missed escalations. Guest scores were taking the hit, and corporate had no real-time view of anything.
What we built
We deployed ShoWork as the central work-order platform and layered an AI dispatch routing engine on top. Front-desk staff submit tickets via voice note or text message — our model transcribes, classifies, prioritizes, and routes to the right vendor automatically. Photo attachments are scored for severity. Escalations fire when SLAs slip.
The outcome
