SNVIT started with a simple observation: most businesses know they need AI, but they don't have the team to build it. We do — and we've been doing it long before "AI strategy" became a slide template.

We're a lean studio in Las Vegas led by senior engineers who have shipped production AI systems across hospitality, property management, healthcare, real estate, and construction. No account managers, no junior bench, no learning on your dollar.

Beliefs

A few things we're sure of.

AI without a workflow is a demo. We don't ship chatbots. We ship the entire workflow the chatbot lives inside — intake, dispatch, approval, audit trail.
The best models are the ones running in production. We standardize on Anthropic Claude for production reasoning — and reach for local LLMs (Ollama) or fine-tunes when the job calls for it. We re-evaluate every quarter as the field moves.
Your data is leverage. Don't lock it up. Everything we build runs on your infrastructure with your ownership. No vendor lock-in, no data hostage situations, no surprise SaaS bills three years in.
Speed is a feature. If we're not shipping working software inside the first three weeks, we've already failed. Decks and wireframes don't pay back.
